T. Michael Henderson,

Michael Henderson has 27 years of experience in mental health, public school education and child welfare. He provides individual, group, family and couples counseling. Michael consults with agencies, universities and corporations as well as presenting at local and national workshops and conferences.

His educational background includes a dual bachelor's degree in psychology and special education as well as a master's degree in mental health and school counseling. He attended Emporia State University, UMKC, and The University of Kansas.

Michael’s areas of specialization include:

Gender Identity, Adolescent Behavior Disorders, Therapeutic Applications of Native American Spirituality, Trauma & Resiliency, Youth & School Related Issues, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Men & Auto-Immune Disorders, HIV+AIDS, Domestic Violence, Persons with Special Needs.

Michael also provides supervision for persons seeking counseling licensure in both Kansas and Missouri.
