If you’re looking for support, guidance, or a place to feel truly heard, you don’t have to navigate things alone.
I’m Gregory Gay, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 26 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. My background includes years of pastoral counseling alongside more than a decade in clinical practice, allowing me to support people through emotional, relational and life challenges with both depth and compassion.
I work with individuals facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and substance use. I also help couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust and reconnect. My approach draws from evidence-based methods like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the Gottman Method, always tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Clients often tell me they appreciate my down-to-earth, nonjudgmental style. My goal is to meet you where you are, creating a space where you feel safe to explore what’s going on and begin moving toward meaningful change.
If faith or spirituality is important to you, I’m comfortable integrating that into our work—but only in the way that feels right for you. I welcome people of all backgrounds, beliefs and experiences.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside people as they work through challenges, build healthier patterns, and move toward growth, healing and hope.
